Bu zorlu dönemde Açık Radyo'ya en derin desteğimi ve dayanışmamı ifade etmek için yazıyorum.
Gazeteciliğin ve sorumlu yayıncılığın evrensel ilkelerine olan bağlılığınız her zaman ortadadır ve bu değerlere sahip çıkmaya devam edeceğinizden hiç şüphem yok.
Açık Radyo, son 20 yıldır sadece haber veya müzik için dinlediğim bir radyodan çok daha fazlası oldu; ömür boyu bir okul, bir çalma listesi, bir kitaplık ve sanat okuryazarlığımın temel taşı oldu.
Bir çocuk yetiştiriyorum ve ona nasıl daha iyi bir insan olunacağını öğretmek konusunda Açık Radyo adeta benim rehberim. Doğaya karşı sorumluluğumuzu, özellikle ABD gibi bir toplumda yaşarken nasıl daha az ve daha bilinçli tüketebileceğimizi, mavi gezegeni nasıl daha serin tutabileceğimizi düşündüğümde Açık Radyo her zaman bir deniz fenerim oldu. Bir gün bile duymasam tedirgin olduğum Açık Gazete'nin açılış müziğini ( Good Vibrations) duyamama ihtimalinden endişe duyuyorum ve çok üzülüyorum.
Geriye dönüp baktığımda Açık Radyo, benim kim olduğumu birçok yönüyle tanımlayan, beni eğiten bir kaynak. Bugün kendimi kaynağı kurutulmaya çalışılan bir nehir gibi hissediyorum.
Lütfen dünya çapındaki dinleyicilerinizin ve destekçilerinizin arkanızda olduğunu bilin. Açık Radyo'nun sesi kainat için çok önemli.
Yayıncılıkta açık fikirliliğin ve çeşitliliğin temel taşı olduğunuz için teşekkür ederiz.

I hope all of you are doing well.
I am writing to express my deepest support and solidarity with Açık Radyo during this challenging time.
Your commitment to universal principles of journalism and responsible broadcasting has always been evident, and I have no doubt that you will continue to uphold these values.
For the past 20 years, Açık Radyo has been much more than just a station I tune into for news or music; it has been a lifetime school, a playlist, a bookshelf, and a cornerstone of my art literacy.
I am raising a child, and Açık Radyo has become my guidebook in teaching them how to be a better person. When I think about our responsibility towards nature, how to consume less and more mindfully, especially while living in a society like the USA, and how to keep the blue planet cooler, Açık Radyo has always been a lighthouse.
I am worried about the possibility of being unable to hear the opening music of Açık Gazete ( Good Vibrations ), a sound I feel uneasy without hearing even for a day.
Looking back, Açık Radyo is a source that defines many aspects of who I am and educates me. Unfortunately, today, I feel like a river whose source is being threatened to dry up.
Please know that your listeners and supporters worldwide are behind you. Açık Radyo's voice is crucial for the universe. I will continue to support and advocate for Açık Radyo and its mission.
