Eksi Otuz, started with the idea of ​​giving a microphone to young professionals trying to make their mark in the field of culture and arts. The first season targeted young individuals, the second season targeted young institutions, communities, and venues. This program, which created change from the very beginning, received no invitations to tell its story on other platforms; I thought, perhaps the system is struggling not to change. However, the only constant is change itself. Through a few examples, I made some comments about the culture and arts sector trying to reinvent and develop itself.
